Overview
Elizabeth Lun is a Partner at Brattys LLP and practices in the areas of commercial real estate and land development. Elizabeth completed her articles with Brattys LLP after graduating from University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law and joined the firm upon her call to the Ontario Bar.
Elizabeth is recognized for her expertise in land development, complex conveyancing, and large scale real estate transactions across the Greater Toronto Area and has extensive experience in advising and acting for some of the largest developers in Ontario across all aspects of their condominium projects from the purchase of land, land titles upgrades, pre-development and construction financing, excess condominium deposit insurance facilities, compliance with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority and Tarion Warranty Corporation’s requirements, the sale of units within the proposed condominium, registration of the condominium, bulk closings of units, and sale and leasing of retail spaces. She also regularly advises her clients with respect to all aspects of freehold developments.
With a career dedicated to guiding her clients through Ontario’s evolving regulatory and development landscape, Elizabeth is known for her precision, strategic insight, and ability to navigate multi stakeholder projects with clarity and efficiency.
