Overview
Kent Ko is an associate in the corporate and commercial department of Brattys LLP.
Kent’s practice comprises a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, secured financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, commercial leasing arrangements, the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts, and providing general business law advice.
Kent also has a keen interest in working with construction, design and services-specific contracts and is currently pursuing his Professional Master of Laws (LLM) specializing in Construction Law at his alma mater, Osgoode Hall Law School to develop an expertise in this area of practice.
